Before widebody Porsche’s stormed the internet and before aircooled Porsche mania took hold of the market, one man was crafting away in the mountain city of Gifu, Japan.
Takeru Inui is the mastermind behind Sunburst, a predecessor to the RWB cars we’ve all become familiar with which even worked together in the early stages of RWB. Sunburst is a traditional Japanese tuning workshop, which built their first widebody Porsches in the early ‘90s. Mr.Inui has quietly been making custom masterpieces long before the hype, with only a limited amount kits making their way stateside over the years.
Show and Go, a motto RMC has always stood behind. This is a high speed long distance UFO, the most unique 993 stateside to come to market. Rated around 315hp, N/A 911’s are not known for the amount of hp but more-so the experience. ITB’s honking matched with the fire spitting equal length headers at full tilt makes this 911 feel alive to say the least. It isn’t just an over-fender kit, either. The Sunburst kit uses widebody fenders and quarter panel replacements to create an OEM quality finish with smooth body lines, just as a Porsche should look.
Currently showing 103k km which is roughly 64k miles.
No accident history, extremely clean body and work. Some rock chips present.
