Our Chaser, as mentioned, has been freshly built and never drifted, just used as a show/street car. The engine was fully refreshed less than 2k km ago along with the entirety of the set up with a blend between street amenities and proper drifting setup utilizing a comfortable interior setup with high powertrain output and a fully dialed suspension setup. The exterior presents a custom Kazama Auto Promode widebody in a Titanium metallic finished at the highest quality. Front fenders and rear arches make room for the wide Meister S1 three-piece wheels and modified geometry. The paint job and overall build is not of a typical drift car, glass out and door jams repainted to a factory standard. 

Under the bonnet sits a built VVTI 2JZ making 770whp on 1.7bar on a dynapack using a Precision 6266 bb, upgraded internals and a race ready fuel system with 1000cc injectors aided by a custom surge tank setup with aluminum hard lines poking from the floor of the trunk.. Management is controlled by an HKS FCON ECU. The motor is paired to an R154 5-speed manual transmission which shifts smoothly through every gear and the OS Giken R3C clutch is easy to handle in day-to-day situations. 

Suspension is also highly sorted and set up for street and drifting duty. All factory arms have been replaced with Ikeya Formula adjustable arms and custom knuckles. Ride quality is controlled by a set of Aragosta coilovers with a custom spring rate. The 18” Meister S1 wheels are finished with a matte gray face and polished barrel measuring at 9.5” wide in the front (2023 Falken RK615) and 10.5” wide in the rear (2022 Nankang CRS). 

The interior setup retains most of the factory styling and comfort but has a few driver-focused changes. The rear and passenger seats are factory but the driver seat is an adjustable Bride bucket seat. The dash is finished with the factory Tourer carbon trim and the FCON ECU is housed in place of the factory head unit alongside an HKS boost controller. A Yokohama Advan sport steering wheel is the finishing touch with a Racepak data readout sitting on the column. 

Overall this JZX is built to the extreme while looking good and being easy to handle. Reliable power, fully calibrated suspension and killer looks make this a great example to own.
