Available now from RMC Miami is this 1990 Nissan GT-R.
Our Skyline is a very clean example, free of any rust and CARB (California Air Resources Board) legal!
The body shows beautifully, lines are straight, subtle but gorgeous upgrades to the exterior include a carbon fiber hood, and N1 trunk lip spoiler. The Black Pearl Metallic paint looks incredible all around, free of fading or burns. There are minor scratches on the passenger side of the roof. Undercarriage is impeccable and completely free of rust (pictures available upon request).
The car was built with an intended use as a daily friendly canyon carver, ready to take on the track or the street. Suspension has been completely revamped. Ohlins coil over suspension is tight around all 4 corners, there are no rattles or unsuspected noises and the dampening is dialed in nicely. For improved chassis rigidity, the front end has been stitch welded and seam sealed. An assortment of arms increase the agility and further connect driver to the tarmac. A set of TE37’s are wrapped in 263/35/R18 Michelin Pilot Sport 2 Cup tires on all 4 corners, dated 2022. The car handles like its on rails and the ride is smooth with no rubbing of any kind. Turns in on a dime, and reacts as soon as it receives an input from the driver.
Mechanically, this R32 is well sorted. The RB26 is healthy, with no odd sounds, leaks or smokes. The motor sounds as it should and remains extremely responsive throughout the rev range. An HKS twin turbo kit was added as an upgrade over stock. The stock computer has been replaced with an AEM Affinity, which brings the car up to date from a tuning perspective. The car is currently tuned to run 91 octane and makes an estimated 400 HP. The 5-speed manual transmission navigates through all gears flawlessly with no grinds or popouts. Front and rear differentials have been upgraded with finned V Spec differential covers.
The interior matches the rest of the car. Well preserved and properly maintained, the carpet, door cards and headliner are in excellent, original condition. A set of Recaro Sr7’s were installed and provide a snug ride, keeping the driver set during spirited driving. The dash is beginning to bubble, as is common in early R32’s. A Personal Nardi and Nismo shift knob enhance the feel in the interior. The A/C works well and blows cold.
Currently shows 123k KM which translates to about 76,500 miles.
