1994 Mazda FD RX-7 Efini
Available now is this beautiful and nicely modified 94′ Mazda RX7.
Finished in black the paint shows nicely and gives the car an aggressive and menacing look. Paint has been paint metered and is all original with no signs of body work done. Mileage in the odometer shows in kilometers as the car is Japanese. The car sits perfectly and is lowered slightly from factory specifications by adjustable HKS coil overs. Wheels are 17 inch OZ Pegasus wheels with bronze centers and have excellent fitment. The exterior is rounded out by subtle aero including a more aggressive front bumper, rear bumper, and a Mazda speed rear spoiler. Pop up headlights function as they should. They open and close evenly and have been fitted with High intensity discharge lamps. Our Rx7 is very straight bodied and has never been involved in any accident.
Interior is in very good condition. Factory seats are clean with no rips tears cuts or stains. Door cards are clean with all functioning controls for windows. Factory steering wheel has been upgraded to a Personal brand wheel with red stitching. The manual shift knob has been upgraded to a Mazda speed branded one. In the radio console a newer style cd player has been added however it will need to be replaced if you want to hear US frequency radio channels. On top of the radio Din gauges have been mounted very clean and OEM like. The gauges include oil pressure, water temperature and oil temperature. Also mounted is the Apexi FC commander showing real time data. On the steering console a single boost gauge has been mounted. To the right of the steering column there is a newer Greddy boost controller mounted. All the factory gauges in the cluster are fully functional. Our Rx7 still maintains factory air conditioning and it works well. In the hatch area there is the battery relocation for 50.50 weight distribution as well as most of the factory tools in the left and right side cubbies.
When you open the hood you are greeted by the original 13B rotary engine. The car has been converted to a large single turbo setup replacing the sequential twin turbo setup. Trust T06 25 G turbo with V band intercooler setup is both efficient and looks awesome. Turbo is capable of over 550 Horsepower the car currently sits at low boost pressure and around 450 Horsepower. Back in 2013 the entire engine assembly was pulled out and overhauled. Engine received all new housings, seals, spark plugs, ignition coil, water pump, and thermostat. There is over $30,000 in maintenance records and receipts which will be included with the car. Other maintenance included a new clutch with single mass flywheel and all associated clutch items ( throw out bearing, master cylinder, release cylinder etc..) and several other miscellaneous things such as brakes oil changes and belts. Bottom of the car is immaculate, no visible leaks of any kind and completely rust free. The car sounds absolutely unique between the engine and beautiful titanium exhaust system.
The car runs and drives phenomenally. This is a build made to be powerful yet balanced and reliable. Cars that are put together in Japan are of another quality in comparison to the rest of the world. The Japanese tuner shops pay attention to detail and try to think outside the box to achieve all their cars to be better. These cars sound like nothing else on the road.
