Available now is this 1 of a kind air cooled Porsche. The last of the air cooled cars was the 993 and the best iteration of a air cooled 911 to ever be produced. This 2 owner 993 was sold new in Miami FL to its original owner in 1998 where it stayed for a few years before ultimately being bought by its second owner who owned it from 2004 until we acquired it now in 2022. Our 911 was special ordered in Ocean blue metallic with midnight blue interior. The paint is in fantastic shape and has recently undergone a paint correction eliminating swirl marks and leaving the paint slick and soft to the touch. Bodylines are straight and the turbo widebody hips look incredible from all angles. The factory suspension has been upgraded to Bilstein PSS9 coil overs and the car has been lowered to euro spec height to give it a more aggressive look and better handling characteristics eliminating body roll. Factory turbo twists have 0 curb rash and are wrapped in older Bridgestone tires date coded 2013. The aero kit turbo 2 option on the car is all original and shows up on the COA and the option code sticker which is still present under the hood. Headlights up front are super clear and free of any cracks or damage.

Midnight blue interior looks fantastic and paired with the exterior makes this car extremely unique. Open the door and you are greeted by the Carrera S door sills and beautiful factory hardback sport seats. The original seats at some point where redone with Porsche leather and custom Porsche crests were installed. Power seats work as they should and they came factory with the color matched hardbacks which look absolutely stunning. The blue dash is impeccable with no signs of warping or damage. Factory carbon options inside include the door pulls, 6 speed shift knob, center console tray, parking brake lever and steering wheel. All the factory gauges function as they should with no warning lights on and a odometer showing 108k miles. Air conditioning is ice cold and heater functions as it should as well as power windows power locks and sunroof.

The 3.6L flat 6 motor benefited from a engine out rebuild in 2012 at 90k miles. The engine machining and balancing was performed by Competition Engineering of California (one of the most respected and precise firms that do this type of work). The rebuild included replacement of all of the typical wear parts and is likely better than when new. In addition to the work on the pistons and cylinders, he cams and valves (with guides and seats) were reground to spec. The casting marks/texture of the aluminum Varioram intake manifold were removed and polished.). The internal passages were honed to reduce air flow resistance (and improve intake air flows). The stated horsepower for this engine is 282 HP, but this feels like it is greater than that due to the work performed. The car is an absolute pleasure to drive. The Sport chassis feels nimble and planted boasting great power throughout the rev range. At 60k miles an OEM clutch was installed. This car is fitted with factory optioned sound package giving the intake sound a nice boost and making driving an absolute pleasure. Engine idles perfect on start up with no smoking, the car pulls through each gear with out hesitation and shift smoothly with no grinding in any gear out of the 6 speed manual gearbox. Bottom of the car is very clean, floor pans are straight, the under body plastic covers are present. Underneath photos show a dry engine with nice factory plating and markings visible on the components.

Car comes with a folder full of service documents including reciepts for the clutch, engine out service, valve cover job and Certificate of authenticity.
