1990 Porsche 911 Carrera Factory Murano Green 964 Backdate

 

Available now is this enthusiast spec’d air cooled 911. Arguably one of the most desirable Porsche chassis right now this 964 is a killer car in many ways. Firstly, the car is a Euro spec car imported to Japan by Mizwa the sole importer of Porsche’s to Japan at the time.his 964 was a Japanese build imported by Mizwa to Japan in 1993. The car is a C2 which is more desirable than a C4 for obvious reasons, weight and rear wheel drive. Additionally this is a factory sunroof delete car and has been wide-bodied with RSR styling. The car currently has 69k kilometers which translates to roughly only 45k miles.

 

Bodylines are stunning from all angles. Our 911 is factory Murano green paint code which is ultra rare. The car is a ROW( rest of world ) euro spec which also happens to be a factory sunroof delete. In Japan the previous owner did a RSR style backdate and wide bodied the car flawlessly. The paint is in excellent condition and is practically flawless sans some minor rock chips on the widened rear arches and the front bumper. The 3 piece Work Brombacher wheels have just had all the lips polished and are wrapped in Bridgestone RE71 tires on all 4 corners. 

 

The car was recently serviced and is tuned to perfection for daily driving or aggressive driving through some twistys. 

Engine is a 3.6L flat 6 that from factory produced 247hp and is mated to a 5 speed G50 manual transmission with a lightweight flywheel for quicker revving and shifts. The motor was fitted with Custom headers and full exhaust which bluntly sounds absolutely magnificent. The car has a carbon air intake that replaced the stock one and was fitted with a chip for more acceleration and top end. A limited slip differential helps harness the increase in power. Engine runs strong pulls hard throughout the rev range all the way to red line and shifts smoothly in every gear without any issues. Driving is an absolute joy as the Aragosta coil overs are dialed in to perfection and the car feels tight and direct.

 

Interior is very tastefully modified. The factory seats were upgraded to green Recaro SR3s. The car being a factory slick top gives any prospective buyer a few more inches of headroom, the headliner shows like new. Factory steering wheel is upgraded to a 3 spoke MOMO one. RS Door cards replace the heavier stock door cards and provide a sleeker look. The car still has functioning AC heat and power windows. 

 

Bottom of the car is clean this is a no rust car and has never been in any accident. The car comes with a clean Florida title and a full recent service record
